Adjacent Music is what is usually known as a compilation album but, as the artists have nothing specific in common apart from the fact that they are very talented and we like them, it’s also a mix tape, assembled with love, with hope that you might listen to it and love us back just a little.

All of the artists are here because we asked them and they agreed, an extraordinary act of kindness that was not motivated by greed (there is no money) or careerism (we’re a small label). We asked, and they said yes, because they’re nice, creative, generous people. We’re very grateful to them all.
